Within a few days after getting the watch, I could see condensation inside the glass (or crystal?) cover. I'm not sure if this was their fault, or moisture got in because I hadn't tightened down the crown after initially setting the time. In any case, I sent it off to the repair center, got it back after a couple weeks, and it's been fine ever since. Very pleased with it.I like the look of the watch, very graphic, and I can read it without having to put my glasses on.I may swap the canvas strap for an expandable type someday.
