If you have an arm like a trucker, you will be pleased. However, if you have slender wrists like my wife does ,then don't even consider this one. I thought she was kidding until I tried it on myself and the wrist strap was even too big for ME!This one's in our mailbox right now waiting for the mailman for its return to Amazon.
The "indiglo" light is cool though...thus the one star.
