I remember my father having a Timex watch which lasted for decades...and I believe that this one will as well. It is clearly a solid, durable watch (perhaps the negative reviewer received the "lemon" of the batch.)I'm over 50, and while I feel 25, my eyes are those of someone 50 plus.This is one of the few fairly stylish men's watches I can wear and still clearly discern the time/date without putting on my bifocals.
There's just something about the classics...just can't be beat.
