I purchased this watch last March. The band started coming apart after 6 months. The company does not warrenty the band for any lenght of time. I paid $1750 for this watch. It has not even been a year and now I have to buy a new band. I cannot believe a band so poorly made was put on a watch of this price.
I am a huge admirer of fine watches and I own several from Rolex to Accutron.When I order a watch, I can't wait for that "blown away" feeling when I first open the box and I just didn't get that with the Tag Formula 1 diamond watch.It was very light weight for it's size, not heavy and solid feeling and it just didn't dazzle me as I was expecting it to. If the watch was $800 or $900 I may have thought more about keeping it, but for $1450 there are a lot of nicer looking diamond watches out there that will thrill me more than this one did.Bottom line, I sent it back for a refund.

THE BAND IS STUNNING AS WELL IN STAINLESS AND BRUSHED STEEL LINKS...WATCH IS NOT TO HEAVY EITHER.....TAGS ARE SO DURABLE AND I PUT THEM TO THE TEST AT WORK...THEY HOLD UP EVEN WITH THE HARDEST OF HITS...THE WATCH IS A HEAD TURNING WINNER...WAIT FOR A SALE..YOU CAN GET THIS BABY FORUNDER 1700.00 AS THIS MODEL WILL GO ON SALE....
The customer did a great job of making sure that I received the watch in time to use a present.The watch is the real deal will all of the certificates from TAG.I even called TAG to register the watch properly with no problems.
The watch is everthing I expected it to be! Delivered very efficiently but I wasn't too happy about the £140 import tax that had to be paid which wasn't noted on purchase!
My wife wanted something different than the normal round/oval wristwatch, so this fit the bill.We never purchased a Tag, but so far it has been two months with no problems.The band was something different also, I guess because it'sa sport watch.The face is large enough to read without any diffculties.
