Review of Timex Expedition with Chronograph and Alarm T47871

I have a slightly different version of the Timex Expedition watch - mine has a mainly silver facing while the one listed has more black - this particular one looks the closest to what I have.

In my opinion, the Timex Expedition is excellent for outdoor use.The alarm works great as does the many other functions - timer, date, etc. This watch is unique in that it offers 3 different kinds of alarms - daily, weekdays, and weekend. However, I use the daily one only as I like to be as consistent as possible in getting up the same time every day.But that's a story for a different day.

For a price of around $30.00 or so, the watch is a good buy.I would not wear this watch if you are in more formal business settings - you will need something more stylish. Also, the watchband contains velcro and is similar to an elastic band.Unfortunately, when you wear the watch while you are sweating, the watchband's smell can be unpleasant so you will have to clean the watchband periodically.

Still, this is a good watch for the money.Recommended.
