So far this watch has worked out well for me. Its simple, easy to use and comfortable. I did not really need the directions to program the watch itself, but I do not use some of its more fancy alarm and lap meter functions. The watch itself is easy to read and the indiglo is also easy to read at night. I have not yet taken the watch into the water but I expect it to hold up well.So far the watch is a pretty good watch but nothing overly exceptional either.
